Background: Gynecological cancers include cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal, and vulvar cancers that can affect the quality of life of patients through physical, psychological, and social impacts. Cancer treatment that patients undergo can also worsen the condition. Objective: This article aims to identify factors that affect the quality of life of gynecological cancer patients. Method: A literature review was conducted using a narrative method. Journal searches with relevant keywords were conducted using the Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, and Science Direct databases. The articles used were those published in the last 5 years, in English or Indonesian, and had an appropriate research design. Results: Several factors that affect the quality of life of gynecological cancer patients include physical factors such as pain, fatigue, and dependence on daily activities; psychological factors such as anxiety and depression; and social factors, especially family support. Conclusion: Understanding the factors affecting the quality of life of gynecological cancer patients is important for designing a holistic and effective treatment approach to improve patient well-being and treatment success.
